Classic PP cakes without sugar and flour

A healthy diet involves the exclusion of empty carbohydrates (white flour, polished rice, sugar), harmful and fatty (especially saturated with bad fats) food. Or bake in one ring, but control the temperature and the baking process. Immediately pour the dough into the silicone and level it, pre-lubricate the metal and cover it with parchment paper.

Bake a thin layer for about 25-30 minutes, if all the dough is at one time – 50 minutes, until a toothpick is inserted into the center. We tighten it with stretch, leave it to lie for a couple of hours, preferably the whole night.

We take the ingredients at room temperature. Beat ricotta / briquette cottage cheese 1-5%, sour cream of any fat content, honey (another sweetener) and vanilla at low speed until light in color (about 3-4 minutes). Increase speed and continue until light, fluffy, creamy.

Place the first sponge cake on a dish (plate), lay out the cream cheese and spread it in an even layer. Cover with the second cake layer – cream – sponge cake. We do a rough thin leveling. Cool the cake for half an hour, apply cream on top and give the top a circular relief. It’s convenient to just lean the spatula and twist the dish. Crushed with crumbs from the crumbled scraps.

Pour the dough into the ring and distribute.  We carry out a dry toothpick test; if it comes out without stuck particles, it must be removed.

Then it is recommended to wrap it in cling film and leave it overnight at room temperature.

We spread curd cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and erythritol in a spacious container. Beat at medium speed until creamy and homogeneous. The cream cheese is ready and keeps its shape perfectly.
